This Membership Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of our membership services, including how we manage your membership, the services provided, and your rights and responsibilities as a member.

    By subscribing to our membership, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from enrolling or using the services associated with the MD Membership Programme.

    1. Eligibility for Membership

    To be eligible for the MD Membership Programme, you must:

    • Be a resident of the United Kingdom.
    • Be at least 18 years of age or have a parent/guardian subscribe on behalf of a minor.
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your name, contact details, and medical history as required.

    Medical & Dental reserves the right to deny membership if the necessary criteria are not met.

    2. Membership Benefits

    As a member, you are entitled to access a range of services, including:

    • Consultations: Unlimited access to consultations, both in-person and online.
    • Specialist Referrals: Access to a network of specialists for further healthcare needs.
    • Appointment Scheduling: Priority access to booking appointments, including follow-ups and preventive care.
    • Health Management: Ongoing management of your medical records, health conditions, and wellness checkups.
    • Preventive Care: Access to wellness programs, screenings, and health advice to help prevent illness.
    • Exclusive Offers: Occasional promotions, discounts, and offers on health services and products.

    3. Membership Fees and Payment

    By subscribing to the MD Membership Programme, you agree to the following:

    • Subscription Fees: Membership fees are payable on a monthly or annual basis, based on your selected plan.
    • Payment Method: You must provide and maintain a valid payment method (e.g., credit card, direct debit).
    • Non-Payment: If payment is missed or declined, access to services may be suspended until resolved.

    We reserve the right to adjust membership fees with prior notice.

    4. Membership Term and Termination

    4.1. Minimum Term

    All memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period of 12 months from the date of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to maintain your membership and pay the applicable fees throughout this 12-month term, regardless of service usage.

    4.2. Cancellation and Notice Period

    You may cancel your membership by providing written notice at least two (2) months before the end of your 12-month membership term. Requests must be sent via email to info@md.co.uk or by post to the contact address listed below. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your minimum term or the notice period, whichever is later.

    No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services. Early termination or cancellation of payment without fulfilling the minimum term and notice requirements will result in the following:

    • Repayment of all treatment discounts received under the membership, based on our standard non-member rates.
    • Full payment of the remaining fees due for the balance of the 12-month term.
    • A recovery and administration fee, if applicable.

    We reserve the right to engage licensed debt collection agencies to recover any unpaid amounts due under this section.

    4.3 Future Membership Ineligibility

    Members who cancel early, default on payments, or breach the terms of this policy may be permanently excluded from rejoining the MD Membership Programme, unless explicit approval is granted by a manager of MD.CO.UK HEALTH LIMITED.

    4.4 Termination by MD.co.uk

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time due to:

    • Violation of these terms or our Terms of Service.
    • Non-payment or unauthorised cancellation of payments.
    • Provision of false or misleading information.
    • Abuse of services or inappropriate behaviour toward staff.

    In such cases, any outstanding fees for the remainder of the 12-month minimum term will remain payable.

    5. Your Responsibilities as a Member

    You agree to:

    • Provide and maintain accurate personal and medical information.
    • Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any suspected breach.
    • Abide by this policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable guidelines.

    Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

    6. Data Protection and Privacy

    We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. All data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy . Your records and details will be stored securely and used solely for healthcare provision and operational purposes.

    You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

    7. Changes to Membership Terms

    We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of your membership following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, MD.co.uk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of membership services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.
