    • Full Blood Count (FBC): to assess red blood cell levels and overall blood health
    • ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate): a marker of inflammation
    • Iron (Fe) and TIBC (Total Iron Binding Capacity): to evaluate iron status
    • Active Vitamin B12: needed for healthy red blood cell production
    • Folate (Serum): a key nutrient for red cell development
